Quick Facts The vast majority of employers who responded to the Year-End Poll of Employers (96%) say hiring recent business school graduates creates value for their companies. Nearly 8 in 10 (79%) employers expect to hire MBA graduates in 2017. Of this group, 78% plan to hire as many or more of these candidates than they did in 2016. A majority of employers plan to increase starting annual base salaries in 2017 at or above the rate of inflation for new MBA hires.
