For academic and administrative program directors and program-level deans, with sessions that focus on trends and issues affecting you now. Held annually in January or February.
GMAC Annual Conference Experience
The premier professional meeting for administrators in graduate management education at all levels who work in admissions, marketing, and program management. The Annual Conference delivers current issues, the latest marketplace trends, research data, best practices, and ample networking opportunities. In 2011, 22 percent of conference attendees were from outside the United States. For 2021, the Annual Conference Experience will encompass three regional weeks to include the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe. Held every June.
Admissions Institute for New Professionals
An intensive, skills-based program focusing on the core knowledge needed to excel in graduate management admissions. For those with six months to two years of experience. Held every July. Formerly called the Professional Development Program (PDP).
Global Symposia
GMAC offers symposia in both Europe and Asia that explore topics and trends related to graduate management education. Past year's topics have included social media, selection, and differentiation. These events offer the added benefit of being presented from the host region's perspective, giving global audiences unique insight into current issues.
