It features GMAT exam and score-reporting data based on US region and state of residence, race/ethnicity of US citizens, and Canadian province of residence.

  • Globally, more than 1.1 million Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) exams have been taken over the past five years by individuals interested in pursuing graduate management education.
  • The GMAT exam is an important part of the admissions process for more than 7,300 graduate management programs worldwide.
  • A total of 173,176 GMAT exams were taken worldwide by prospective business school students in testing year 2020 (TY2020), which ran from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020.
  • These examinees sent a total of 338,768 score reports to graduate-level management programs across the globe.
  • Please note that testing for 2020 GMAT exams were impacted by COVID-19 resulting in the closure of test centers worldwide.
